A guided group tour puts you on a coach with strangers following a pre-set itinerary on fixed dates. A private group tour is the opposite: your group is the only group, traveling in your own private vehicle, on your own schedule, with your own driver-guide. The itinerary is built from scratch around your group’s specific interests. Nothing is shared with other travelers at any point.

What deposit is required to confirm a private group tour?
A 25% deposit of total land cost is required to confirm your group’s itinerary. International airfare is paid in full at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure, with payment plans available during the window between deposit and final due date. Your specialist will walk through all payment terms before anything is confirmed.
